The technical part of the Course has a duration of about 20 days distributed over 4-5 months  for a total amount of 140 hours of study. The Course Program includes:

• Introduction to the figure of Joseph Hubertus Pilates, his work and his fundamental principles.
• The CovaTech^® set-up: education specificities and scientific development of the Pilates technique applied to the Initial Preparation of Client.
• Elements of anatomy and physiology.
• Matwork – technique and didactic of all the exercises to be executed on the mat. You will learn the technique of execution and the teaching method of any exercise divided into base, intermediate, advanced and super-advanced level, plus any of their educational variations.
• Universal Reformer – technique of execution and teaching of all the exercises to be executed on that Pilates apparatus, singularly and in combination with all its accessories, divided into base, intermediate, advanced and super-advanced level, plus any of their educational variations.
• Cadillac - technique and didactic of all the exercises to be executed on that Pilates apparatus and its accessories, organized into base, intermediate, advanced and super-advanced level, plus any of their educational variations.
• Chair - technique and didactic of all the exercises to be executed on that Pilates apparatus, categorized in base, intermediate, advanced and super-advanced level, plus any of their educational variations.
• Big barrel - technique and didactic of all the exercises to be executed on that Pilates apparatus, divided into base, intermediate and advanced level, plus any of their educational variations.
• Step Barrel - technique and didactic of all the exercises to be executed on that Pilates apparatus, categorized in base, intermediate and advanced level, plus any of their educational variations.
• Magic Circle- technique and didactic of the exercises to be executed on that tool, in possible combination with other big apparatus, in any of their educational variations.
• Teachers’ maneuvers for each Pilates apparatus.
• Guidelines to the set-up of an individual lesson.
• Guidelines to the set-up of a group lesson.
• Protocols for the most common pathologies.
• Upgrading to the latest development of CovaTech® Method according to the themes treated during the yearly “Corso di Aggiornamento” (refresher courses) such as: Pilates during pregnancy, walking analysis, the five diaphragms, the muscle tone, muscle fascia, etc. 

Before ending the Full Immersion Course, the Student should take the Written Exam, a test to verify the theoretical preparation on the CovaTech® Method and its application on any apparatus. The reference text for the preparation of the Written Exam is the “Manuale del Corso Full Immersion CovaTech® Pilates” (CovaTech® Pilates® Full Immersion Course Manual) which is in Italian language.

The Full Immersion Course encompasses a minimum of 450 hours of training program, divided into 147 hours in person at the CovaTech® Pilates® Studio in Milan - which are the main technical part of the course - and a minimum of 303 hours of Practice.

The fee for the main technical part of the Full Immersion Course is Euro 4,950.00 VAT included and it includes:

• the teaching materials – included the essay “Ritorno alla Vita” by Joseph H. Pilates and the “Manuale del Corso Full Immersion CovaTech^® Pilates^®” main book of the course; 
• 140 hours of attendance of the technical part of the course, 
• 11 hours of Observation to be performer at the Studio CovaTech® Pilates® in Milan; 
• the Written exam; 
• the Final Exam;
• the Certificate.

Le 15 hours of mandatory assisted training classes at Studio CovaTech^® Pilates^®  and the 27 hours of workshops are not included in the above mentioned fee and will be paid as per the previous point. 

In order to facilitate the Students the payment of the fee may be done in six installments:

• 700,00 Euro as down payment at the moment of enrollment; 
• 850,00 Euro by the 1° day of the Course; 
• 850,00 Euro by the 5° day of the Course; 
• 850,00 Euro by the 9° day of the Course, 
• 850,00 Euro by the 13° day of the Course, 
• 850,00 Euro by the 17° day of the Course.
